Ordre de Malte France is the French branch of a charitable institution that is almost a thousand years old. It is a Catholic Hospitaller association that places Charity at the heart of its work. It helps the most vulnerable in society through grassroot initiatives, with solidarity, health, socio-medical and aid and relief programmes. Registered as a charity since 1928, the association is also an accredited civil protection organisation.
Ordre de Malte France operates in France and 26 other countries, with a budget of approximately €91 million, some 2,000 employees and a network of 13,000 volunteers.
