1. The Foundation pursues non-profit purposes, exclusively and directly, as defined by the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the German Tax Code (AO).
2. The purpose of the legal entity is to promote equal rights for men and women, research and education of the general public by improving the position of women in society, politics, family and work.
3. The Foundation’s purpose is realised in particular by:
a. Communicating the findings of modern Matriarchal Studies, the knowledge from and about matriarchal societies and developments in this area, placing them within the context of society and using them to improve coexistence and gender balance
b. Aiming to further modern Matriarchal Studies and to explore egalitarian, forward-looking forms of coexistence
