JETA Tier und Mensch (JETA animal und human) is a not-profit organization that seeks to create a lifeline between abandoned dogs and cats and humans. We are the voice of the street animals in Albania, animals that cannot speak for themselves, but depend on our help. Street dogs remain in very large numbers in Albania, although 90% lived in families before being abandoned.
