“Chamades, Friends of the Sanary Temple Organ” , a non profit organization created in early 2024, recognized and labeled as General Interest association by the French public authorities, will carry out, over a muti year period of 4 or 5 years, a project to restore/rebuild and integrate a historic pipe organ, with the current protestant church organ located in Sanary. The pipe organ was built and assembled from 1950 to 1995 by Pierre Vallotton, a Swiss pastor and organist-musicologist. Once built the new instrument will be installed in the protestant church of Sanary. Il will serve for concerts, festivals, artistic and musical education directed to music schools, teachers and students, on top of standard church service on Sunday.
