Purpose (general statement of the foundation’s purpose):
The foundation shall serve the common good of the people. It aims to contribute to the strengthened development and support of social, cultural, scientific, and ecological projects through private engagement. It aims to enable more people to take on shared responsibility for addressing societal challenges.
Purpose realization (implementation clause, § 58 No. 1 AO):
The statutory purpose is realized through the procurement and transfer of funds pursuant to the German Fiscal Code in furtherance of the tax-privileged purposes and measures carried out by another tax-privileged corporation or by a legal entity under public law.
The foundation acquire invests in enterprises that provide solutions for the purposes of the foundation.
