The Foundation shall ensure the preservation of this historic House (Soldatenhaus) in Andermatt/UR. The House shall be
maintained as an educational and accommodation centre and, as such, shall be made available on reasonable terms .
The Foundation shall provide the financial resources for the preservation and maintenance of this historic House.
The Foundation shall be a non-profit organisation and shall not pursue any profit-making purpose. The profit and capital of the
Foundation shall be exclusively dedicated to the above-mentioned purpose (Source public deed)
