Partnerships for Integrity (P4I) gGmbH

P4I are a registered non for profit organisation (gGmbH) in Germany. We are six women co-founders, from six different countries, with a combined 125+ years of experience across every flavor of political system. We bring with us a global cadre of democracy experts and defenders who have proven their expertise and ability to partner on the hardest challenges. No cookie cutters. No box checking. Just genuine partnership with sustained impact.
P4I experts bring decades of experience protecting electoral integrity, strengthening democratic resilience, promoting civic engagement and participation, and fostering cooperation among democratic actors. We maintain strong relationships with implementers of election assistance, election and judicial officials, observer groups, and regional bodies across Europe and beyond – relationships built on respect, partnership, and trust. Drawing on our in-house technical knowledge and comparative expertise, we combine the soft skills required to operate effectively in politically sensitive environments.
Our team’s breadth of expertise, global positioning, and network of partnerships allow us to deploy rapidly, combine skills, and adapt to evolving needs. Any support we provide is anchored in international and regional standards and enriched by comparative learning across regions.
