The non-profit foundation promotes research, development, application and education in the field of biostasis, including, but not limited to, biogerontology, hypothermia, cell, tissue and organ storage, molecular engineering and cell repair technology.
The Foundation also promotes the education and access of the general public to biostasis applications for medical purposes.
The Foundation may develop all operational and supportive activities that fall within the scope of the Foundation’s purpose or are objectively related to it. In order to fulfil its purpose, it may in particular cooperate with suitable institutions and organizations, support them or set up and operate them itself.
The Foundation fulfils its purpose in the whole of Switzerland and abroad. It operates exclusively selflessly and pursues neither profit-making nor self-help purposes.
