The Foundation is non-profit and pursues exclusively goals of social solidarity.
The Foundation carries out its activities in the field of charity. In particular, the Foundation’s purpose is to provide, either occasionally or on a recurring basis, contributions to fund initiatives, projects, and specific activities promoted and implemented by individuals, associations, organizations, entities, or legal persons—whether private or public and of any nationality—aimed at the following objectives:

To provide and manage, exclusively for the benefit of children in need and wherever such need exists, assistance and social-healthcare services, as well as to establish and manage residential facilities that support the use of such services;

To build and manage water supply systems (aqueducts) in any location where access to potable water is a priority due to endemic or well-known scarcity caused by adverse climatic and/or environmental conditions.

As ancillary activities, the Foundation also aims to:

Provide and manage assistance services, social and social-healthcare support for other individuals in need or who are not self-sufficient due to situations such as (by way of example, not limited to) extreme poverty, destitution, illness, infirmity, epidemics, wars, etc.;

Independently and/or in collaboration with third parties, establish and manage hospitals, nursing homes for the elderly, shelters for indigent persons, and any other type of facility/service deemed useful for achieving the goals set out in the paragraph above.
