The Foundation is committed to raising and allocating funds to advance science and research, foster education and student development – including student support – and promote international understanding through cross-cultural engagement and global awareness. The Foundation fulfills these purposes, in its capacity as a corporate body pursuant to Section 58 No. 1 of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung – AO), at RWTH Aachen University. To this end, the Foundation may raise donations, endowments, donor loans, in-kind contributions, and other resources. In addition, the Foundation may promote the aforementioned purposes through its own projects.
