The purpose of the Foundation is to support and assist the people of Cambodia by
implementing and/or funding appropriate projects (“helping people to help themselves”).
To achieve this aim, the Foundation may provide direct aid or support charitable
organisations that rely on additional funds to fulfil their remit. The Foundation is a
charitable organisation and is not established for profit. It is politically and religiously
