DUO for a JOB brings together young jobseekers from a migrant background (the mentees) with experienced people aged over 50 (the mentors), ideally from the same professional sector, so that the latter can support the young people in their career plans. The resulting intercultural and intergenerational encounters help to deconstruct prejudices while recreating social cohesion and solidarity at local level between citizens from different backgrounds.
