1. The Foundation’s objects shall be:
a. to strengthen and support the cultural, scientific and linguistic cooperation between the Netherlands and France;
b. to encourage the dialogue between the Netherlands and France in all artistic and intellectual fields;
c. to promote the European mobility of artists, professionals and intellectuals in creative industries;
d. to increase the visibility of cultural cooperation and mobility of cultural professionals and (young) artists between France and the Netherlands;
e. all this in the broadest sense and without any geographical limitations, and to perform everything which is related to or may be conducive to the foregoing.
2. The Foundation attempts to realise its objects by for instance:
a. establishing a new European network of artists’ residencies dedicated to young artists in all cultural fields;
b. conducting workshops for possibly French speakers in order to develop their knowledge of French by promoting their cultural and linguistic heritage; and
c. organizing encounters between French and Dutch civil societies on key socio-economic and cultural issues.
3. The Foundation is a public benefit organisation.
4. The Foundation does not aim to make a profit.
