The Foundation serves to promote art and culture. It pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes pursuant to the section “tax-privileged purposes” of the German Tax Code.
The object of the Foundation shall be realized by awarding grants in form if prizes and or scholarships to highly gifted students also in need of support in the field of singing as well as support for artistic projects.
The Foundation may also make funds available to other tax-privileged corporations under civil or public law if they use such financing to promote measures pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
The Foundation pursues its object exclusively and selflessly and does not pursue any business purposes of its own. The funds may only be used for its statutory object, and no person may benefit from it.
