AGAPE Onlus

The association is a non-profit organisation and, in relation to Article 5, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 117 of 3 July 2017, primarily pursues the following purposes of solidarity and social utility of general interest:
– development cooperation, pursuant to Law No. 125 of 11 August 2014, as amended (letter n of the Third Sector Code);
– charity, long-distance support, free transfer of food or products pursuant to Law no. 166 of 19 August 2016, as amended, or disbursement of money, goods, or services to support disadvantaged persons or activities of general interest pursuant to this article (letter u of the third sector code);
– promotion of the culture of legality, peace (letter v of the code of the third sector) organisation and management of cultural, artistic, or recreational activities of social interest, including activities, including publishing activities, for the promotion and dissemination of the culture and practice of voluntary work and activities of general interest under this article (letter i of the code of the third sector);
– out-of-school training, aimed at preventing school drop-out and educational and training success, preventing bullying, and combating educational poverty;
